LET’S MAKE AN IMPRESSION
HOW TO BOOK
TATTOO BOOKING & POLICIES
Thank you for your interest in getting tattooed by me! I want the tattoo process to be a positive, collaborative experience from the initial inquiry to the finished piece. These policies help ensure that expectations are clear, scheduling runs smoothly, and everyone’s time is respected.
Please review the following policies before submitting a booking request. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
BOOKING & SCHEDULING
How to book
Booking requests are accepted through email, text message, and Instagram DMs.
To help me understand your vision, please include the following in your initial inquiry:
- Design — A description of the tattoo you would like.
- Size — Your approximate desired dimensions.
- Placement — Where you would like the tattoo.
- Style — Your preferred tattoo style.
- Color — Color, black and grey, or linework only.
- References — Examples of subject matter, imagery, or existing tattoos that you like.
The more information you provide, the easier it will be for me to determine whether your idea is a good fit and how best to bring it to life.
Review & approval
I aim to respond to all booking inquiries within 1–3 business days. After reviewing your request, I may:
- Approve the tattoo as requested.
- Suggest modifications to the design, size, placement, or other details.
- Decline the request if the design is not a good fit for my style, experience, or availability.
If modifications are suggested, you will have the opportunity to review them and let me know whether you would like to proceed. If we cannot agree on a design that works for both of us, I may decline the booking.
Deposits & appointment confirmation
Once your tattoo has been approved, I will provide a list of available appointment dates.
To reserve your appointment, you must select an available date and submit a deposit equal to 50% of the quoted tattoo price, up to a maximum of $50. This deposit holds your spot and is deducted from your final price.
- Appointment dates are not reserved until your deposit has been received.
- Available dates may be offered to multiple clients. A time slot may be claimed by another client who submits their deposit first.
- Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a calendar invitation and pre-tattoo instructions.
- Failure to follow pre-tattoo instructions may result in your appointment being rescheduled or canceled.
Your appointment is considered confirmed once your deposit has been received and your booking has been acknowledged.
TATTOO DESIGN POLICY
Design preparation
Custom tattoo designs take time, care, and planning. To ensure that design work is reserved for confirmed appointments:
- Custom designs will not be started until the required deposit has been received.
- In most cases, design work will begin no earlier than two weeks before the scheduled appointment.
- Design preparation and revisions are part of the tattooing process, so please allow adequate time for communication before your appointment.
Viewing designs before your appointment
Completed tattoo designs are not routinely sent to clients in advance. This policy protects the time and creative work involved in developing a custom design.
If you would like to review your design before your appointment, please communicate this when booking. A consultation must be scheduled at least two weeks before your tattoo appointment to allow time to review the design and discuss any necessary changes.
Revisions & creative input
Minor adjustments, such as changes to color, size, or angle, can generally be made on the day of your appointment. Please understand that these changes may delay the start of your tattoo session.
If you anticipate wanting significant changes or would like more opportunities to collaborate on the design before your appointment, I recommend scheduling a consultation when booking.
My goal is to create a tattoo that you feel good about wearing while ensuring the final design is practical, cohesive, and appropriate for the intended placement.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
I understand that plans can change. These policies help protect the time reserved for your appointment and the work involved in preparing your design.
Cancellations
- 2 days before your appointment — Your deposit will be fully refunded.
- Less than 2 days before your appointment — Your deposit is nonrefundable.
Rescheduling
- 2 days or more before your appointment — Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment and applied toward your final tattoo price.
- Less than 2 days before your appointment — Your deposit will be forfeited and will not carry over to a rescheduled appointment.
Each appointment may be rescheduled twice by the client. Any rescheduled appointment is subject to my availability and existing schedule. If my calendar is fully booked, the next available appointment may be considerably later than your original date.
Additional rescheduling requests may be treated as a cancellation, and a new deposit may be required to book another appointment.
If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will communicate with you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date or discuss an appropriate refund.
POLICY UPDATES & EXCEPTIONS
I reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue these policies at any time and for any reason. Any changes will apply to future bookings unless otherwise agreed upon. Existing confirmed appointments will remain subject to the policies in effect when they were booked, unless a change is required by law or mutually agreed upon.
Exceptions to these policies may be considered at my discretion.
Thank you for respecting my time, creative work, and booking process. I appreciate your support and look forward to working with you to create something you’ll love!
